Q1: Do you ship within the USA?

Yes, we ship to all locations within the United States.

Q2: How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days.

In some cases, it may take up to 20 business days.

Q3: Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Q4: Why is my tracking not updating?

Tracking updates may take a few days after shipment. This is normal.

Q5: Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Q6: What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist you.
